Customer Contact Innovation Awards Gala

The Awards Gala, is where we announce and celebrate the Customer Contact Innovation Awards 2019, this is held on the final night of the conference, Tuesday 9th April 2019 at Chesford Grange, Warwickshire.  

It is always a fabulous black-tie event, which includes entertainment, live music and dancing into the early hours. Each of the Innovation Award finalists will have an inspiring story for us to learn from. We salute their achievement, celebrate their success and present the award winners with their trophies.
